Shipping Policy

We provide domestic and international shipping! We want you to have this amazing addition to your collection! All orders, excluding those for weekends and holidays, are processed from Monday through Friday. Following order confirmation, the processing of orders takes 1-3 business days. When your order ships, you will get an email confirmation. And yes! Start making a place for it, if you didn't do already. 

Please be aware that updating the tracking status on the carrier website may take up to 48 hours. After your order has been processed, expect 2 to 7 business days to receive it. Please give international shipping up to 21 days. Any unanticipated shipment delays brought on by the courier, the weather, or other emergency situations are not our responsibility. We are sorry about this, but some things we can't control. 

All the items are packed carefully and properly. We care for your precious new acquired item!!! We won't be liable for any shipping damage.  

Occasionally the processing time may be lengthier. Order processing may take up to five business days. Bear with us! We know you want to get your figurine ASAP!!! 

 
We can only ship to the address you provided during checkout. When you receive the order confirmation email, please double-check the shipping address you entered because they are exported from one database to another. We don't want your dear figure going to the wrong home! 

Within five hours of receiving the confirmation email, if you find an address error, kindly email us. Order adjustments cannot be made after they have been prepared for shipment. And soon you will be together!
