- Figure is one of the collectibles, not like toys, after open will affect value and resales, please check before you open the transparent box, some brands will only accept application for after service when the transparent box unopened. If you see any damage, please contact us immediately.
- When you return your product, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
