Mahjong Soul (commonly known as Majsoul; Japanese: Jantama; Korean: Jakhon) is a Japanese mahjong game platform developed by CATFOOD STUDIO and published by Yostar.
The game incorporates gacha mechanics, allowing players to use in-game currency to unlock various features, including characters and items. Additionally, limited-time events are periodically held, offering exclusive items, characters, and special bonuses.

Customers who have purchased from us should note that all returns/exchange enquiries must be received within 7 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address. When you receive your ordered product, please confirm the condition at first time.

- Figure is one of the collectibles, not like toys, after open will affect value and resales, please check before you open the transparent box, some brands will only accept application for after service when the transparent box unopened. If you see any damage, please contact us immediately.
- When you return your product, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
